Job Description
We have a new opening for a Field Service Supervisor in Burlington, Ontario. This role is with a renowned earth moving equipment outfit that has been an industry leader for over five decades. In this leadership position you will be the main point of contact for customers and heavy equipment technicians. Utilizing your expertise by providing a leadership role in the planning/scheduling of field service technicians, front line customer service, over the phone technical support, and service/repair quotes.


Gain access to manufacturer support, factory training, and all the necessary tools/resources to complete the job right. This is a hands off office position that will be aided by a Service Planner. A lucrative compensation package is provided and consists of three weeks vacation to start, the ability to work from home two days a week, and employer paid benefits from day one.


We are seeking supervisory/management experience within the heavy equipment industry or a related field. A journeyman 421A or Red Seal heavy equipment license is preferred.


Compensation:


  • RRSP match
  • Employer paid benefits from day one (employee + family)
  • Three weeks vacation & six personal days
  • $90,000 - $110,000/year to start.


Shift:


  • Days, Monday to Friday
