Crossroads C&I Toronto ON is currently hiring a Fabricator who is responsible for the daily production At CCI - Toronto. Fabricators create insulation specifically ordered for any unique situation. As a Fabricator, you will operate a band saw, and other types of saws, to custom fabricate fiberglass, mineral wool, perlite, and many other types of specialized insulation. This unique offering sets CCI apart from our competitors.

Do you have what it takes?

• Safely operate a forklift and/or pallet jack.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours to perform job related tasks.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
• Efficiently operate fabrication equipment like a ban saw and capable of learning other types of saws and equipment.
• Effectively measure material with tape measure or other measuring devices.
• Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and lifting up 23 kg.
• Comply with all safety requirements.
• Maintain quality and housekeeping.

What qualifications do you need?

• Compute basic math problems.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification is preferred, but not required.
