About The Job

We are looking for a Welder/Fabricator who collaborates with the Shop Lead Hand and production staff regularly to follow blueprints and welding equipment to fabricate custom enclosures with excellent safety practices with all tasks and activities.

What You’ll Do

• Manufacture and fabricate finished steel vessels, components, and enclosures
• Calculate material measurements to verify specifications
• Follow blueprints to meet product specifications
• Consistently attend all scheduled shifts and meetings on time and be prepared and fit to work.
• Operate iron worker, bandsaw, waterjet and other fabrication machines
• Install and repair various equipment and components
• Ensure project quality controls and standards are consistently met.

You Have

• A Welding Certificate (preferred)
• Fabrication and welding experience.
• The ability to read both metric and imperial tape measures.
• Knowledge of reviewing project schedules and layouts.
• The ability to review project scope, and drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret spec sheets.
