About The Position


Testing Services requires an energetic individual with strong organizational, technical, and interpersonal skills to serve as the Exam Accommodations Assistant. Reporting to the Testing Services Coordinator, the Exam Accommodations Assistant is responsible for general exam coordination duties, exam invigilation, miscellaneous office duties, and coordination of final exam accommodations. To effectively meet clients’ needs, the Exam Accommodations Assistant must thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with frequently changing information and dealing effectively with large volumes of people.


Position Details


Job Duties


  • Monitor students and address academic dishonesty or irregularities
  • Handle reception services and inquiries
  • Prepare exam space
  • Acquire or develop resources for students, staff, and faculty
  • Schedule students based on final exam schedule
  • Track statistical information related to exam bookings
  • Troubleshoot technology issues during exams
  • Coordinate exam accommodations with instructors
  • Assist in training and development
  • Arrange additional space and proctors
  • Maintain schedules and handle issues during the exam period
  • Coordinate schedules and duties with other team members and proctors


Required Qualifications


Minimum 2-year diploma in a related field plus at least one year of related experience or combination of education and work experience required.


Preferred Qualifications


Previous experience working with persons with disabilities. Strong organizational skills with specific attention to detail and follow-up.


Salary AUPE Grade Level 7 Step 1 $23.68 per hour
