Job Description

Adecco is currently hiring a permanent full-time E-commerce Specialist to work for our client in Markham, ON, who possesses experience working with Amazon.


In this role you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the amazon website to manage and fulfill online orders. This ideal candidate for this role is enthusiastic and a highly motivated problem solver who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience online. You would be a trusted source of information, and are critical to the business, your input is critical to the success of both our customers and the business.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage homepage updates within Amazon theme.
  • Take the lead on troubleshooting.
  • Plan, manage and execute E-commerce pricing strategies, markdowns and promotions.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Amazon website, including product uploads, tagging, merchandising, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.
  • Act as liaison with our web developer and 3rd party apps.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient on Amazon platform, including product listings, collections, and order management.
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools.
  • Strong desire to fully understand customer, segment, start small, iterate, double down in proven areas and get very focused on serving core customer segments
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in E-commerce with online user acquisition experience with both paid and organic channels.
