Job Description
At Enhanced Care , we know the importance of primary care and family practice in everyone's health and wellness. Our conveniently located clinics are open for extended hours to look after the needs of our patients and our communities. With a team of skilled individuals working alongside over 70 family physicians, specialists, and allied health providers, our goal is to get our patients healthy, quickly and safely.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Director of Clinic Services who has the passion to deliver the best possible care to our patients. This is a permanent full-time position. Location : 7335 Yonge Street, Thornhill, Ontario Summary : Director of Clinic Services is responsible for direct contribution of day to day tasks, supervision of on-site service delivery, and working with leaders across the organization to create clarity around operations. Reports to : President Responsibilities: Administrative
  • Provide management reports, insight and recommendations on a monthly basis Clinic Enhancement
  • Identify processes and methods to improve efficiency and service quality
  • Manage and further develop utilization of electronic record and IT systems
  • Identify and capture cost-saving opportunities in supplies and procurement process
  • Engage staff, physicians, management, vendors and stakeholders to focus on organizational priorities
  • Coordinate with accounting to prompt and accurate account receivables
  • Ensure effective recruitment, training and performance of staff
  • Establish, maintain, communicate and implement clinic and confidentiality policies
  • Profit and loss responsibility for sites
  • Work with managers to establish smooth and productive operations across organization
  • Direct and assist sites and accounting team in operational efficiency and adherence to budgeted staff ratio and costs
  • Continue to develop efficiency and productivity among all sites
  • Work closely with Central Support to establish project implementation, analytics and clinic efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures and practices
  • Directly involved in daily operations and staff of clinic sites, and collaborate with managers and leaders in the organizations
  • Ensure long-term operational and organizational sustainability
  • Maximize physician, specialist, pharmacy and other allied health service delivery
  • Support strategic initiatives to further differentiate and grow Enhanced Care Qualifications: Experience in health care is required Post-secondary Diploma/Degree is required Experience using an EMR is required
  • Articulate operational challenges and develop effective strategies for continuous improvement
  • Communicate and engage with physicians, providers, vendors and patients Financials
  • Assist and lead other relevant projects and duties Human Resource
Previous Experience As a Manager Is Required
Ability to travel and a ccess to a vehicle is required Previous experience supervising multiple locations is considered an asset Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task and willingness to learn is an asset Computer proficiency is required Strong communication skills
The ability to work well with a team and independently
Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills Valid driver's licence and ability to travel via plane or car
