Job Description

TLNT Bridge Recruiting is currently seeking a skilled Digital Marketing specialist with expertise in HubSpot to join our client's team. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of successfully generating and managing online leads while driving business growth through effective digital marketing strategies.


Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of home healthcare and medical professional products. With a commitment to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service, they have established themselves as a trusted name in the industry.


As the Digital Marketing & HubSpot Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to generate and manage online leads using a range of digital marketing channels, including SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and expanding their HubSpot CRM and email marketing efforts to foster business growth and enhance customer engagement.


Responsibilities:


  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics related to digital marketing and CRM, generating reports and actionable insights for the marketing team and senior management.
  • Devise and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to generate leads and increase brand awareness through various channels such as SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other online platforms.
  • Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage prospects, and retain customers. Craft personalized, well-crafted emails optimized for deliverability and engagement.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and other SEO activities to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic.
  • Manage and optimize the HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer data segmentation for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, making necessary adjustments to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize high-quality, SEO-friendly content.


Desired Skills and Experience:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content for various digital platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and the ability to derive insights from data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and email marketing, including list segmentation, email template design, and campaign performance optimization.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specializing in SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other online marketing channels.
