Data Entry Specialist / Full Time (Remote)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data in our systems. This is an entry-level position that can be performed remotely from anywhere in Canada.

Responsibilities:
• Enter and maintain data in our systems accurately and efficiently
• Verify and correct data errors or discrepancies
• Ensure data is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Participate in ongoing training to improve data entry skills and knowledge
• Meet productivity and quality standards

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent typing and data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Familiarity with data entry processes and procedures
• Prior experience in a data entry role is a plus, but not required
