About The Role:

This role would be a perfect fit for a student pursuing Accounting, Administrative, IT, Marketing, or Engineering education in a post-secondary institution who wants to get exposure to data management, reporting, working with databases, CRM, and project management systems. Duration is 4-6 months.

You will: 

• Assist with basic accounting and marketing functions related to data entry;
• Create and work with spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel;
• Collaborate with diverse teams locally and globally;
• Support the teams with report generation;
• Work on identifying missing information and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to fill in the gaps;
• Have an opportunity to apply your academic knowledge to contribute to the team’s success;
• Participate in local and virtual social staff activities, lunch and learns, and workshops with the Aspect team.
• Learn various project management, data management, and accounting software and ensure data consistency across all platforms;
• Support the admin and accounting teams with data entry;

• Enthusiastic and ambitious;
• Has strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Has a basic understanding of databases;
• Has excellent communication skills (both written and oral);
• Has a high school or equivalent diploma;
• Is a quick learner that enjoys a challenge;
• Is a team player who wants to contribute to a fun and collaborative work environment.
• Has intermediate MS Office skills;

• You have a hobby that you would like to share with the team.
• Previous experience working in an office environment.
• Experience working as a Data Entry Clerk;
