Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Data Entry Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting data into our system, ensuring that all information is entered in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Complete assigned tasks within established deadlines
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
  • Accurately input data into our system
  • Maintain and update electronic and hard-copy filing systems
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
  • Follow company policies and procedures for data entry
Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Previous data entry experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong typing skills with a minimum of 50 WPM
