Customer Service Manager / Entry Level (Remote)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service possible.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
• Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching and guidance as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Monitor and evaluate customer service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Conduct research and gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Generate reports and provide regular updates on customer service performance to senior management
• Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing team members
• Manage customer complaints and escalations, working to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• Ability to identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 3-5 years of experience in a customer service management role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in managing a remote team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures
