We are a young, dynamic social media marketing agency based in Montreal, Quebec, always looking to challenge the status quo. We push creative limits and strive to be different. Our clients are mainly in the food and restaurant industry, with some in lifestyle and product.

We're looking for a dynamic, agile member who lives and breathes social media (always scrolling TikTok!) to join this essential part of the team. This role is pivotal in the success of the agency's success as it is the most consumer facing part of the work. As the Content Creator, you're a creative thinker who always pushes the limits. You will contribute to the agency's success by ensuring all content is unique and consistent with our clients' brand book. You will contribute to the creative portion of all social channels: TikTok, Instagram Reels/Feed posts and stay up to date on all trending content on social channels, mainly TikTok and Instagram.

How will you work alongside the team?

• Create lifestyle and beauty shots (still and video) content for social media channels.

• Create TikTok concepts and video content which resonates with target markets and follows social media trends

• Work alongside the social media team to create mood boards and shot lists based on client needs and brand priorities

• Choose props and ensure all materials for photoshoots are gathered

• Operate various photographic equipment such as cameras and professional lighting.

• Use Lightroom, photoshop, Video editing software and various social channels software to consistently edit, crop, rename, retouch photos and videos and deliver to the social media team.

• Working closely with the marketing team, create social media first concepts, shot lists and inspirational mood boards to prepare for client shoots.

• Retouch and edit all images and videos consistently with the social media brand image and ensure the highest quality deliverable.

• Continue to stay up to date on industry best practices and new trends

— Social first video editing skills

— Knowledge of the Adobe suite a must: Photoshop, Lightroom.

— Must be located in Montreal and be able to travel around the island for client photoshoots

— Knowledge of food photography/videography, an asset.

— Must be very attentive to details: prop styling, food styling, post-production.
