OTD Legal is looking for a motivated professional to join our Cambridge team.
General job duties include (but are not limited to) client intake meetings (in-office and by phone), following up with potential clients after intake, drafting and sending letters and retaining documents to potential clients, research (as required), organizing client intake documents, creating blog posts for use on OTD’s website, working with OTD’s SEO team to create and optimize website content, maintaining OTD’s social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, etc.), occasional telephone backup, data entry in client database, scheduling appointments, administrative duties, occasional client meetings, and all duties associated with a Consultation Specialist position.
Qualifications:
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Professional telephone manner and etiquette
-Demonstrates a high level of customer care and service
-Enthusiastic learner with an interest in legal services and related legislation
-Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer applications
-Strong organizational and time management skills while meeting strict deadlines
-Exceptional attention to detail and ability to accurately recall and record information
-Sales experience an asset
-Knowledge of Provincial Offences, Highway Traffic Act, Criminal Code of Canada and the court system an asset
Job summary:
Paid training provided.
Salary range $40,000-$55,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. No weekends/evenings
