Project Manager - High Rise - Kitchener, Ontario

Salary Range: $150K - $180K

Location: Kitchener, Ontario

Qualification Requirements:

- Min. 5 years of experience in managing complex or multiple projects in the High Rise Residential projects as well as parkades

- Min. 5 years of progressive management experience including management of multiple layers of staff

- Sound knowledge of construction and building techniques and ability to read and interpret contract drawings and specifications

- Demonstrated capabilities to effectively manage and coordinate multiple teams, both internal ad subcontractors, to achieve project aims

- Excellent leadership skills driving team and subcontractor performance

- Proven track record of safety ad environmental leadership behaviour and compliance

- Strong communicator with superior organizational and critical thinking skills

- Strong attention to detail for quality assurance

- High level of integrity, confidentially, and accountability

- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude

- Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills

- Proactive problem-solver that can manage difficult situations with positive results
