Our client is an independently owned Insurance Brokerage with a friendly, team-oriented environment where you will work in office indefinitely for 2 days a week. Most of the time you be working autonomously, but always feel the personable touch of a small business instead of a massive corporate culture or call centre. Staying positive and excited about your offerings will resonate to your business partners seamlessly.

To thrive in this role, you will bring at least 3+ years of solid expertise in Commercial Lines Service and Sales coupled with a valid RIBO License, of course! If you are great with technology, you will really enjoy working with advanced BMS/CRM platforms allowing for seamless workflow processes and prompt follow up as you build and maintain strong client relationships. You pay close attention to details and follow underwriting guidelines with ease. You exhibit proficiency in managing all aspects of an assigned book of business, including renewals, endorsements and remarketing. The key to your success will be your excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with your ability to stay organized with outstanding time management.
