As a hands-on Client Success Coordinator role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients and existing clients, and supporting the delivery of front- and back-office shared services. The ideal candidate will be a competent multi-tasker, deadline driven, and thrive in variety. Confident and pro-active, you’ll seek to understand needs, deliver on wants efficiently, and always look to develop and improve processes to increase effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Review operating practices and suggests improvements.
- Maintain structures, processes, and procedures for effective and efficient proposal development,
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, reports and reference materials, and
- Compose and/or edit a variety of documents including, reports, service agreements and proposals,
- Managing and maintaining up-to-date client data,
- Correspond with clients and keep them updated on the progress of their requests,
- Managing incoming leads and distributing leads to the wider team,
- Coordinate activities associated with proposal development ensuring high quality of writing, and creating effective proposals for a wide range of research and consulting projects,
- Generating leads, subsequent opportunities, and sales from liaising with the wider team,
- Coordinate projects between consultants and clients, helping to collaboratively establish, communicate and maintain schedules and deadlines,
- Sales prospecting and closing,
- Ensure quality, format and content of proposals are in alignment with brand standards,
- Responding to client inquiries,
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience producing high-quality and error and omission-free deliverables within tight deadlines,
- Ability to work independently,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills,
- Ability to safeguard highly confidential information and to perform with a high level of discretion, tact, professionalism, and integrity,
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office,
- Experience with HubSpot and Smartsheet.
- Demonstrated strong personal initiative and independent judgement, alone with a desire for continuous improvement,
- Strong attention to detail and ability to consolidate and report information accurately,
- Excellent organizational and planning skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines,
