Civil Engineer With Experience In The Timber Industry

Civil Engineer with experience in the timber industry

WHAT WILL YOU BUILD YOUR SUCCESS ON:

• Coordinate and follow up on research projects at universities and research centers
• Maintain relations with the technical industry network
• Travel to conferences and for visiting customers
• Facilitate the development of all product lines
• Offer technical support to our sales force and clients to facilitate adoption of innovative solutions
• Develop technical documentation and product evaluation reports

THE FUNDAMENT OF YOUR CAREER:

• Previous experience as technical consultant or designer
• Technical background preferably in timber construction
• Knowledge of the Canadian codes and standards
• Engineering degree (civil engineering, specialization in timber is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and preferably living or available to move to Quebec City
• Management of MS Office tools, AutoCAD
• Fluent written and spoken English; French is considered an advantage
