Duties:
- Perform carpentry work such as door hanging, metal stud framing, CNC, fixture installation, concrete forming, flooring installation, tile laying, plumbing, and fabrication.
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings to determine project requirements.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, metal, or other materials.
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, stairs, and molding.
- Repair or replace damaged or defective parts using hand tools and power tools.
- Ensure that all work is completed according to specifications and building codes.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a carpenter or similar role.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
- Excellent mathematical skills for measuring and calculating dimensions.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.
- Attention to detail and precision in executing tasks.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members.
- Valid driver's licence and a vehicle
