TTS is looking for Senior Business Analyst withA Bachelor’s level University degree in Computer Science, Business

Administration, or a similar discipline. An equivalent combination of

education and experience may be considered.

A minimum of 10 years Business Analyst experience including requirements,

analysis, documentation, and design activities. 5 years

Demonstrated experience supporting Health and Cancer Screening Applications in a Canadian jurisdiction.

Demonstrated experience in analyzing business processes for solutions in an operational environment.

Demonstrated experience dealing with complex business challenges, tight deadlines, and changing variables.

Demonstrated experience in analysis where multiple businesses, systems and domains need be considered from an enterprise view.

Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work with multiple teams supporting more than one project at a time.

Demonstrated experience that required strong verbal and written communication skills, show experience that showed ability to target communications to audience (e.g., technical, non-technical).

High level of skill with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).

Demonstrated ability in leading or participating in the development, review, and update of project deliverables. For example: business requirements, business cases, business process diagrams, SOPs, & functional requirements.

Demonstrated experience in delivering results in projects using strong research, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Experience in identifying and articulating requirements using various formalized methods, with a focus on questioning status quo, identifying opportunities for improvement and implement change, supported by strong facilitation capabilities.

Demonstrated experience with Agile Project Management.

Experience working independently, with a high level of self-direction, and strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to confidently engage and collaborate with project team members and stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated experience in security relating to data confidentiality and client privacy issues in application design and development, also with New Brunswick’s Personal Health Information Privacy and Access Act (PHIPAA).

Demonstrated experience performing business analysis work through the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) on at least two distinct projects (Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Test, Deployment, and Maintenance).
