Brand Representative Jobs

Simplechic Jewelry is a fast-growing Calgary local jewelry brand. Currently, we have two storefronts at CF Chinook Mall and Market Mall. We are planning to open more locations in the foreseen future.

We need a few part-time and full-time Brand Ambassadors to help us with our daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Ensure racks are fully stocked
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
• Greet and direct customers
• Cross-sell products
• Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
• Manage returns of merchandise

Requirements and skills:

• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Retail experience or related field is a plus
• Basic handcraft skills
• Basic math skills
• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 15-30 per week

Salary: From $18.00 per hour
