The US Operations team is looking for a Branch Supervisor to help lead the (branch) team. They will be responsible for developing their team members while ensuring that we are providing first class experience. As an essential part of the team, they will assist with increasing profitability as they train and develop their staff. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:

  • Ability to coach, motivate and interact with others
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer service
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task


What you will do:


  • Uphold company standards and processes
  • Ensure the effective process of all types of car rental transactions
  • Organize and facilitate weekly staff meetings to keep employees motivated and informed of business operations
  • Complete sales calls with Management Trainees to further their development
  • Provide exemplary customer service and issue resolution
  • Actively participate in the training, coaching, and mentoring of the Management Trainees, Rental Sales Agents, Customer Service Agents, and all other staff
  • Handle or assist in the resolution of escalated customer service issues
  • Complete performance reviews on all employees and hold a meeting with the individual to discuss strengths and weakness
  • Understand cost control and achieve individual sales goals
  • Likely to require at least 20% travel, some of which may be by airplane
  • Participate in all areas of employee management
  • Monitor prices and set rates for walk-ups
  • Increase the market penetration of the branch and increase revenue

À propos du rôle :


L’agent/agente de liason communautaire aura un rôle clef dans la compilation des données reliées au programmes de subventions fédérales ainsi que la communication avec les organismes et entreprises de la circonscription d’Alfred-Pellan, dans le but de leur présenter les programmes et subventions gouvernementales adéquats qui répondent à leurs besoins.


Le ou la titulaire sera principalement chargé de compiler des données et d'examiner les subventions fédérales, de communiquer avec les organismes et les entreprises au sujet des programmes et des subventions fédérales et de simplifier les informations pour les partager avec le public.


Qualifications


About you:


  • Willing to do 5-10% of travel, some of which may be by airplane
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Strong knowledge of customer care techniques and processes
  • Must be willing to wear company uniforms
  • Able to work 40 hours per week including day and/or evening hours
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in sales and customer service
  • Able to prioritize and meet deadlines from multi-staff members within the department
  • Must be at least 21 and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to communicate in other languages is a plus.

Salaire : 48 a 55K selon l’expérience + programme d’avantages sociaux attrayant
