DESCRIPTION

RESPONISBILITIES

As a Production Test Prime, you will be responsible for the creation and implementation of the test solution for products developed within the 5G Radio R&D group. You will work in a cross functional team to drive solutions to optimize test coverage and test yield in production. You will grow the test team capacity to keep pace with the ongoing roadmap for the 5G vision.

• Work with quality to monitor ongoing effectiveness of the test solutions
• Work with test development partners to implement robust factory floor solutions
• Perform data analysis to define trends and issues impacting product test performance
• Conduct root cause analysis / troubleshooting in the NPI phase to prepare for volume production
• Lead NPI activities to develop test solutions (hardware and software) for RF/Wireless products
• Develop test strategies for new radio products
• Drive/coordinate test documentation such as: test plans, test specifications, test hardware requirements and descriptions, test software requirements, test equipment lists, test procedures, debug/troubleshooting manuals, test capacity/throughput calculations, training plans, etc
• Verify test station operation, performance, stability, and robustness

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Experience introducing test solutions from NPI to a volume manufacturing facility
• Ability to communicate well with and lead cross-functional teams
• Experience in project management and driving partner and internal deliverables
• Experience with definition and introduction of test solutions to the manufacturing floor
• Develop test hardware solutions for RF/Wireless products using both off-the-shelf equipment and custom designed hardware (test fixtures, test PCBAs)

• 7+ Years in the Telecommunications/ Manufacturing Test field
