Associate Project Manager- Operations

Wiser is looking for somebody to add to our rock star Operations team. The ideal candidate will be well-rounded, with analytical and technical skills plus have a strong work ethic and overall fun attitude. You actively seek out new ways to learn and are a proactive problem-solver. You take pride and ownership of your work and see things through.

Essential Functions (details of the job)

• Implement all aspects of our Wiser In-Store Missions to ensure we are meeting both internal and external goals, including survey creation, quality assurance, and ongoing maintenance
• Be a key player in providing input for future Operation tools
• Be available to work with customers and peers in all US time zones
• Work cross-functionally with our Project Management, Customer Success and Data Analytics teams to ensure the final deliverable drives value for our customers
• Monitor project coverage to ensure we are meeting requirements and delivering on contracts

• Superior project management and attention to detail
• Proficient in MySQL, Python a plus
• Be a team player who can wear multiple hats to accommodate business needs
• 1+ years in an operational role, preferably around project execution
• Adhere to a high standard of excellence and quality
• Strong communication skills
