Compensation: $56,873 - $71,091 per annum
This position works Tuesday to Saturday
We are looking for an Assistant Manager Member Service at our 18th Street Crossing Branch in Lloydminster!
As the Assistant Manager Member Service your primary goal is to lead and coach our Member Service Representatives on the frontline. You support them so that they can identify our members needs and recommend, refer, or provide products and services that enhance their financial fitness. You and your team have the opportunity to make the best first impression for our members when they walk in the door!
More specifically, the scope of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Being proactive in pursuing new business opportunities
  • Providing support, guidance, and training to all employees as necessary to ensure performance improvement and cohesive teamwork
  • Adhering to policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines to mitigate risk of loss
  • Motivating and coaching employees to find opportunities to reimagine our member's financial fitness
  • Solving problems quickly by analyzing the situation and provide necessary follow up
  • Understanding and meeting the needs of our members by providing them with advice on appropriate products and services, and/or identifying opportunities to refer members to appropriate team members or external partner
Requirements
To qualify, you will need proven leadership experience and the natural ability to be smart, gutsy and driven.
Although not required, the following education/certificates are valuable assets:
  • Post-secondary education in Finance (or related studies)
