Assistant Cook - Wrap Around Service

We are CH&CO, we’re proud to take a more thoughtful, mindful approach to the food experiences we source, prepare and present. We are recruiting for a Assistant Cook to work at Weston Green School.

This position is 52 weeks a year - During term time this role will support the Chef Manager with the production of lunch from scratch on a daily basis PLUS it will also provide lunch for the wrap around care service out of term time for approx 40 children, working unsupervised.

Key Responsibilities

• General cleaning duties
• Customer service
• Assisting with all duties within catering department as directed by Chef manager
• Fresh foodproduction
• Working within all company policies and procedures, food safety standards and H&S legislation
