Turner Fleischer is one of Canada’s most progressive architectural firms, with an agile studio of 240+ committed, creative and driven professionals. We excel at developing client-centric concepts that are based on their needs but grounded in over 49 years of experience getting projects built. Our in-house design departments include Residential + Mixed-Use, Commercial + Industrial, Interior Design and Experiential Graphic Design. In addition, we have a Digital Practice Department, who commits to the implementation of BIM, research + develop, and the infusion of cutting-edge technology into our projects and practice.

What you will do:

• Ensuring work adheres to TF drawing standards and procedures and advising the Project Manager of any quality or accuracy concerns.
• Maintaining a good working knowledge of applicable building codes and municipal by-laws.
• Preparing and/or coordinating drawings/documents primarily utilizing Revit in accordance with client specifications, budget, applicable building codes, and project timelines with the support and guidance of the Project Manager and/or Job Captain.
• Participating in the preparation of client presentations that showcase the projects design solutions as required throughout a project’s lifecycle;
• Attending offsite work, including site visits, meetings with clients, consultants, contractors and municipalities as directed by the Project Manager.

What you will bring:

• Proficient experience in Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good working knowledge of applicable building codes and municipal by-laws.
• Degree/Diploma from an accredited institution in Architecture.
