On behalf of our banking client, Robert Half is searching for an Application & Implementation Specialist with 5+ years experience with supporting applications within the financial industry.
This is a fully remote position across Canada with the successful candidate working in the CST time zone. Head office is located in Saskatoon and preference will be given to candidates who reside in the locality.
About The Role
As the Application & Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for configuration, implementation, delivery and ongoing support for a number of applications within the Bank. This position will handle incoming support requests, work with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure resolution of requests as per agreed service levels and provide timely escalations when applicable. This is a permanent full-time opportunity.
Requirements
Qualifications Required

• You possess a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and teamwork
• Demonstrated experience implementing business applications
• You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and are able to build professional business relationships in and outside the Bank
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in financial services industry and four (5) years of experience in IT
• A Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Acceptable criminal record and credit checks
