:

On behalf of our healthcare client, Affinity is looking for a Program Manager to provide strategic guidance to the project and its team members, including overseeing the planning and implementation of the ERP project, and ensuring it aligns with business goals and is delivered on time, within scope and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Be a trusted advisor at various levels of the business;

• Ensure project/program adheres to governance standards, policies and practices within the PMO, as well as vendor contracts;

• Lead project/program health check to ensure the program is performing in accordance with its objectives and adherence to best practices;

• Provide recommendations on potential gaps or areas requiring improvement;

• Decide on suitable strategies and objectives to achieve business goals;

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure a flawless execution of the program;

• Lead, coordinate and monitor dependencies across functional groups/workstreams, ensuring objectives are met and holding others accountable for assigned duties/responsibilities;

• Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors; looking out for the welfare of the business;

• Plan, direct, and report on the program by consistently monitoring project benefits, resources and status;

• Create and contribute to documents such as project plans, action logs, issues & risks, communication plans, status reports and post implementation reviews;

• Present and report progress, timelines, interdependencies, milestones and key program metrics to leadership team;

• Identify any barriers to successful program execution and escalating as appropriate;

• Adhere to program/project management, change, lean and performance methodologies;

• Develop and manage critical relationships with key stakeholders.

• This position will work remotely, with travel expected to Regina and Saskatoon as needed.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in a senior project/program management role, managing complex and multiple project with cross-functional teams;

• ERP implementation knowledge and experience, cloud/SAAS experience preferred;

• Project management experience and skills with demonstrated results in large scale, highly complex environments;

• Experience in driving processes and implementation improvements in sizeable environments; managing both internal operations and third party vendors and partners with a track record of tight delivery around service levels and cost metrics;

• Experience managing financials and aggressive timelines (budgets, timelines, project milestones);

• Excellent relationship management skills. Professional yet collegial;

• Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills;

• Strong verbal and interpersonal communications skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse people, including multiple levels of the organization, external stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams. Facilitation skills are required;

• Critical thinker and ability to solve problems and issue resolution;

• Ability to plan and lead meetings that share information, manage conflicting viewpoints and seek consensus on projects;

• Experience with MS- Office with particularly strong skills in Word, Visio and Excel;

• Knowledge of the Saskatchewan healthcare system, practices and processes is an asset.
