Job Description
AIRPORT SECURITY Guard - Kelowna, BC


Friday thru Tues: 2200 - 0600 (10:00 PM - 6:00PM)


Become an integral part of the safety and security team at an airport, help passengers and airport staff with navigating the airport, access control and other security needs. Please note, this position is overnight shifts.


Must Haves


  • Class 5 Driver's license and a clean drivers abstract
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Valid Security License
  • Ability to pass and retain security clearances, RAIC and AVOP. Airport security officers are subject to thorough background checks and security clearances, in addition to carrying a valid Security License.
  • Physically fit, able to stand for long periods and work both indoors and outdoors in a range of weather conditions.
  • Moderate Computer skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills as you will be using a radio and writing reports.

  • Radio Experience
  • OFA (Occupational First Aid) Level 1
  • Bylaw Certificate
