Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Mechanics

In this role, you will be responsible for performing aircraft maintenance, repairs, and overhauls in accordance with industry standards, while ensuring meticulous completion of associated documentation.

• Provide coaching and leadership to junior technicians, fostering efficient and accurate work performance and supporting their skill development in the trade.
• Carry out any other duties as required. Requirements and Qualifications:
• Maintain the ability to uphold approved standards of Quality Control.
• Complete all necessary paperwork, documentation, and reporting.
• Adhere to the company's policies and procedures, reflecting its culture, values, respectful workplace principles, health and safety regulations, attendance requirements, and security protocols.
• Have a minimum of 48+ months of experience in performing AME duties.
• Work with a leading company that values employee retention and engagement
• Demonstrate specific knowledge of manufacturing, maintenance, repair, and modification of aircraft or systems and components in the Mechanics, Structures, or Avionics trade.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Hold full ACA Authorizations.
• Possess a valid certificate or license in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, approved by the applicable governing body or TCA.

• Perform repairs, modifications, and inspection tasks on customer aircraft.
• Exhibit basic computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs.
