Purpose


The Administrative Officer works closely with the Administration team to ensure the efficiency of day-to-day operations for Commodity Derivatives. As the Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of service is provided for internal team members and external relationships.


What You'll Do


  • Maintain office and kitchen supplies
  • Process invoices/expenses for business unit and employees
  • Event coordination/catering/meeting room bookings
  • Access card management
  • Printing/binding presentation documents
  • Submit approvals/book travel for employees


What You'll Bring


  • Excellent customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communications and a high level of professionalism is required
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to multitasks in a fast fasted environment
  • Knowledge of Oracle Peoplesoft, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office (Outlook/Excel/Word/Teams)


Work Arrangement: This position is currently a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will work 3 days a week in the office. Please note that this is subject to change based on the needs of the business.
