We are now looking for an Accountant to join our Order-to-Cash team.

In this role, you would be responsible for:

• Providing support for credit management decisions of new and existing customers’ credit worthiness and justified proposals for on hold decisions
• Working closely with business stakeholders and providing expertise and coaching in accounting principles and practices both from accounting and system point of view to ensure Order-to-Cash process KPIs can be achieved
• Handling customer accounts by managing overdues in an assigned portfolio to keep DSO at target levels while maintaining great relations with customers
• Resolving disputes related to e.g., valid, or unauthorized deductions by investigating the cases with customers as well as internal stakeholders and processing required adjustments when/if needed
• Coordinating and managing related subledgers, reconciliations, interfaces, balance sheet specifications and accuracy of related ledger accounts.
• AR collection workflow including customer open item management, controlling and collection
• Identifying and understanding the requirements and gaps in solutions and effectively conducting change management.

You feel the pulse of business: You understand E2E process from sales to cash as well as control points of the process. You possess strong analytical, networking,

communication, and collaboration skills. The following characteristics also help you to be successful in this role:

• Strong team working, communication and Excel skills with ability to deliver complex messages in an effective way
• Fluent in written and spoken English, competence in other languages is an advantage
• Self-driven and motivated to achieve business results, to fulfill requirements and beat the timelines
• Required knowledge and hands on working experience (+5 years) within the responsibility area of the role
• Master or bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and/or a recognized accounting qualification
• Ability to identify critical topics and issues and roll up sleeves when working across teams and functions to influence action
• Ability to work well under pressure and keep up positive attitude
• Effective documentation and presentation skills
• Understanding of business model and way of working in a global listed company
