Salary: $20 per hour with 12 hours (2 days) per week (Work Hours between 10am- 4pm).

About You:

This is a part-time paid internship position. We’re looking to hire an intern for our growing Paid Media team. The internship lasts for 12 weeks and could provide you with the opportunity for full-time employment if a position becomes available. You don’t need to have direct work experience in Google or Facebook Ads to fit the role, but a little base knowledge would certainly help! You will have a mentor that will work directly with you on a growth path that focuses on your learning goals and will be provided with continuous feedback. You will also receive a review with structured feedback at the end of the internship period, and references for future opportunities.


You will be responsible for assisting with:

  • Contributing to Paid Media Strategy discussions
  • Task management and communication with the internal team as they relate to your specialization.
  • We do not do creative at Delta Growth so there will be no requirements to produce anything visual
  • Campaign revisions, optimizations, and analysis on small clients
  • Introduction to Paid Ads analysis, prioritization, and execution strategy.


Qualifications and skills include:

  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
  • Professional experience in some form.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Excellent ability to manage and prioritize time effectively
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Some knowledge or experience with the industry.
  • Some basic knowledge of Paid Ads.
  • The ability to reflect our values of Transparency, Flexibility and Achievement


Bonus points if you have:

  • Any HTML or JavaScript knowledge, e.g. confidently executing on click tracking using GTM, scraping data using GTM to pass into GA, etc.
