Excellent knowledge of budget management and administration in an academic setting.

Excellent knowledge of University research and governmental funding agency research policies, rules, regulations, and best practices.

Excellent knowledge in the use of financial and business systems and bookkeeping controls, policies, and procedures.

Ability to interact productively and professionally with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team setting.

Prior experience with the management of large multi-site/project research programs

Maintain organization of multiple research projects and knowledge translation activities

Manage and maintain study website

3+ years of health research experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills with strong editing skills and attention to detail.

Prior experience working with Indigenous communities and research.

Excellent organization and time management skills required

At minimum, 5 years practical and related experience

Biomedical science background, experience in healthcare sector preferred

Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills required

Experience with developing and working with budgets an asset

Knowledge of applicable legislative, UHN and/or departmental policies

Knowledge of Qualtrics and panel management an asset

Compelling and creative storytelling with advanced data visualization skills to turn statistics to impactful insights

Ability to build relationships with cross functional teams to deliver insights and continuously iterate to improve the customer experience

Ability to manage multiple projects at a time with little guidance from your leader (self starter)

5+ years experience in marketing research industry

Experience in collecting and analyzing data (quantitative or qualitative) and applying your findings

Excellent project management skills to plan, execute and report on multiple programs running in parallel

Own the client experience measurement program across Individual and S&R including key experience metrics and listening programs

Maintain a knowledge of the latest trends and analytic approaches in market research

Effectively manage, collaborate, develop, and influence peers and cross-functional partners to drive results

Create dashboards that share detailed and real-time feedback with the organization to provide a better user experience

Manage administrative and reporting duties needed to maintain a successful survey program

Successful completion of a university degree in a relevant healthcare field from an accredited educational institution;

Minimum of five (5) years of recent and related experience (working in a teaching/health environment preferred);

Superior written/oral communication and presentation skills; excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills; ability to effectively convey factual information and detailed explanations;

Strong understanding of the importance of lived experience with mental health and addictions related to health outcomes;

Experience providing one to one support to young adults from varied populations experiencing distress and/or crisis considered an asset.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook;

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE and KEY SKILLS

Tracks project progress and reports to senior management;

Works with senior management in preparation of project budgets and schedules;

Experience leading the development and submission of funding applications;

In-depth knowledge of the field of women’s reproductive health;

Strong scientific/medical writing skills evidenced by good quality writing of Medical Affairs communications and/or publications in peer-reviewed journals;

Preference would be given to candidates with University degrees or qualifications in health sciences, neurosciences, or psychology

Experience in clinical research in the area of mental health and well-being is required.

Experience with performing statistical analysis

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsible for the smooth running of data collection and research procedures per existing protocol

Collaborates with senior level staff with the design of experiments and study procedures
