What You Need To Know

Significant experience in portfolio planning and analysis. Knowledge and experience in higher education an asset.

Experience working in a Project or Program Management Office doing forecasting, capacity planning, and budgeting.

Prepares analysis and presents information on key issues for presentation to senior management and leadership groups.

Lead detailed business requirements sessions eliciting input from stakeholders and subject matter experts;

8+ years related Project Management and Agile field experience

Demonstrated client relationship management skills

Define project, tasks, assign responsibility and estimate resource skills and requirements in a detailed project plan

Monitor progress, summarize, and communicate status and vision to client management and stakeholders

Plan, prepare for and manage cutover and change management activities for go live readiness

Plan and manage transition from project state to operational by enabling appropriate knowledge transfer and delivering relevant supporting project documentation
