Performs structural and non-structural framing work such as walls, window frames, doorframes, and ceilings.

Designing, reading, and interpreting plans, drawings and specifications of equipment and furnishings.

Providing technical expertise to district staff as required.

Thorough knowledge of current techniques, methods, procedures, and equipment applicable to the Locksmithing trade.

Repairs locks and closures for all district facilities.

Installs, modifies, repairs, and maintains all door associated hardware including locks, dead bolts, flush bolts, panic hardware, hinges, door closures, etc.

Prepares estimates of labour and materials required for new installations, repair, or replacement of related equipment.

Maintains, updates and audits key inventories; cuts, codes, and records master keys; prepares and assists for Card Entry in schools.

Responds to service calls and security system calls as required.

Thorough knowledge of ICH Guidelines and GCP including a basic understanding of regulatory requirements in other countries (IRB/IEC etc.)

Excellent communication skills, oral and written.

Execution and oversight of clinical trial country submissions and approvals for assigned protocols.

Development of local language materials including local language Informed Consents and translations.

Required Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate
