Level Designer Ontario Jobs

Provide support for District reporting and expense management, including

Good understanding of basic bookkeeping principles, budgeting and expense management

Manage and lead CanREA’s Ontario Caucus and Steering Committee.

Manage the caucus operational budgets effectively and efficiently.

Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in video game level design and production or other relevant experience;

Critical sense and analytical skills;

Prototype layouts and suggest ways to use interactive and static means to create emotion for the player;

Integrate new elements into the world as they are produced (new gameplay, AI, sound, etc.);

Anticipate technical challenges and correct bugs entered into the database by testers whenever necessary;

Providing on-going coaching and employee development, performance management, guidance, motivation and support

Monitoring the Continuing Education requirements for all licensed staff

Support Branch Manager with Branch expense management by:

Sharing knowledge, experience and responsibility with employees in a drive for the highest standards of professionalism and service excellence

Ensuring the performance management process is in place and employee development is a priority for all employees on the team

In assuming this leadership position, the new CEO will need to:

+ 3 years of experience in the video game industry as a Level Designer or Event Scripter;

Good knowledge in scripting and AI (asset );

Good knowledge of narrative driven games;

Experience using industry standard level editing tools, editors and pipelines;

Unreal: knowledge of Blueprint and Sequencer tools

Excellent communication skills and the ability to exemplify one’s own ideas are essential;

Rolls out and develops business plans for key accounts identified each year by Management

Required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties as requested by Management

Manages and conducts training sessions as required and share product updates with customers, along with new programs or initiatives

Works with National Fleet Manager to develop and roll-out territory fleet plans and targets

Strong planning and organization skills and is detail oriented

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

Manages and prioritizes own project activities in order to meet project deadlines for all assigned tasks

Liaises with clients to determine design requirements and resolve issues

4-6 years of design experience

Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit

Good accuracy and documentation skills

Possess a senior academic track record and experience in clinical psychiatry as well as a proven record of research focus.

Demonstrate outstanding teaching contributions, as well as proven commitment to providing exemplary clinical service within an interdisciplinary, collaborative environment.

Qualified applicants will hold an MD degree (or equivalent), eligibility for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.
