Strong selling skills, with exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication abilities to work within a professional, team-oriented environment.

College or university degree, or equivalent experience in a related field

Experience in IT industry strongly preferred

Superior knowledge of sales process including cold-calling, networking, lead generation, all with the ability to capture and close the deal.

Heavy Civil Construction experience an asset

Coordinate the administrative needs of a project.

Minimum of 1-year customer service experience is preferred

Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred

Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies using careful judgment

Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process

Proctor / invigilate candidates while testing

Five (5) years' experience in a senior leadership role, including experience dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
