Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Experience managing social media accounts and using social media management tools.

Assist in the organization and management of events, meetings, and public outreach activities.

Monitor and manage social media accounts and respond to comments and inquiries.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in communication and graphic design.

2+ years of experience in communication and graphic design, preferably in a political or government setting.

10 years of experience in creative project management and staff/studio management

Understanding and mastery of project management software, planning, and approvals (ex: Asana, Proof HQ)

Manage workflows and ensure the deployment of efficient and transparent approval processes

Knowledge of creation and execution chains

Provide artistic direction to projects, set goals and priorities, monitor activity, and ensure delivery on schedule

Assign projects according to the expertise of each staff member

Experience with Corporate Identity and brand management; cross-platform and cross-application conversion; word processing, and use of internet tools.

Project management skills are considered an asset

Technical duties include an excellent knowledge of:

Professional working knowledge of the Macintosh OS

Degree or Diploma in Graphic Arts, Computer Graphics, Digital Media OR a combination of equivalent professional experience and training
