Gather customer requirements and specifications for new and existing products and services on large enterprise deals
Assist in negotiating terms with customers and their senior leadership teams. Must be confident and capable to handle senior leaders.
Identify potential leads/prospects and pressure them with the aid of the team.
Communicate internally with the sales team to coordinate activities and to ensure that sales staff are properly trained.
Be able to explain the products or services to clients inside out. Be a true expert in everything Tidal and Umbrella.
