Translate business capabilities into solution architectures that consistently exceed clients’ expectations

Support pursuit teams and proposal development including innovative approaches and methodologies tailored to address specific client requirements

Partner with central product management teams to define operating models and ways of working for the regional team

Approves recommendations on impact to change and drives change management activities to ensure business continuity

Experience with retail and digital technologies, media, e-commerce, payments, employee enabling / facing capabilities

Responsible for defining the business case, investment requirements & return on investment for products or teams within their portfolio

Monitor & identify customer/stakeholder needs staying current on industry standards and trends and respond by adjusting user experience and product roadmaps

7+ years of leadership experience and ability to lead through direct reports (3-4), dotted line relationships and cross functional collaboration

Work with Scotiabank infrastructure teams to maintain and support infrastructure and services under management

You have competency to lead team members with differing opinions and levels of experience.

Expert-level experience with Eloqua, preferably executed a deployment.

Highly experienced with Salesforce and integrations.

Experience with marketing to the same customer base.

Experience with many other marketing technologies.

A minimum of five (5) years of work experience with activations and/or event management

Demonstrated ability or aptitude in business planning and event management

A post-secondary degree in events management, business, or similar

Research and recommend events and activations to enhance the experiences within a community

Manage a team with multiple reports, working together to advance the business’ needs

Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to manage execution of events

Progressive experience in leading the development and implementation of IT Risk Management frameworks, policies, related processes, and controls

Accountable for ensuring orchestration and visibility of all risk management activities, acting as a key point of contact for I&O

Provide risk management support to process control owners and their testing activities

Improve the awareness of risk management within the I&O organization through both formal and informal means including webcasts, newsletters, open-door hours

Contribute to the evolution of Canada Life’s technology operations management strategy and operating model

Maintain a knowledge base of emerging threats and risks

6-10+ years of Industrial sales and/or account management leadership experience

Proven experience managing a team of 10-15 people with diverse skills and experience; and demonstrated track record of developing talent.

Experience with both expansion and renewals sales of playbooks

Relevant industry experience a strong preference

Experience managing a pipeline and forecasting sales with a track record of delivering sales targets and growth

Excellent written/verbal skills with a demonstrable ability to build consensus and drive alignment across teams and functions.
