Client Solutions Analyst Jobs

Pursuing or willingness to pursue relevant insurance certifications or education (i.e. CIP, CAIB, CRM) highly preferred.

Set up and maintain client files

Process new business and renewals

Invoicing, binders and cover letters

Prepare presentations, insurance submissions, certificates of insurance, pink liability insurance slips and check policy documents for accuracy.

Insurance Company portals – access various Insurance Company portals to obtain insurance policy documents.

Prior experience in investment analysis / modelling - preferably within financial services or asset management

Develop a deep understanding of the drivers of success within assigned product segment and articulate these effectively to senior management

University degree or equivalent work experience

Strong knowledge of investment products and services

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Proven experience performing complex data analysis (i.e. sales, performance analysis, etc.)

Effectively use and search the knowledge base, occasionally contributing new or updated content

Excellent communication skills, written and oral

Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage customer expectations

Experience supporting and trouble-shooting web-based software applications.

Preference for those with experience using diagnostic tools to help resolve customer issues.

Prior experience using PointClickCare is an asset (modules such as Orders, eMAR, HL7 messages.)

Highly organized and strong time management skills.

Experience in server-side tagging and GA4 implementation

Understanding of data warehousing and ETL techniques (preferably through Adverity)

Active and in good standing Broker’s license required along with maintenance of continuing education hours.

5+ years of Commercial Insurance Brokering experience required and/or 5+ years of Commercial Property Underwriting experience,

Experience with EPIC an asset.

Post-secondary education in accounting, business and/or financial administration is preferred

Minimum 1 years' customer service or call center experience required

Experience in the financial services industry

7+ years of Commercial Insurance experience

CAIB, CIP, CIM or other relevant certifications/designations favored

Conduct analysis, design and documentation of both system and business requirements for application enhancements/projects.

Conduct requirement sessions with business and system teams.

Post-secondary degree or diploma or equivalent experience

3–4 years experience performing systems or business analysis

A structured approach to analysis and problem solving, with keen attention to detail and concise communication skills
