Junior Client Service Representative Qualifications:

Leverage strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge to execute daily customer-centric activities

Some customer service experience required

Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills

Must be fully bilingual with excellent verbal and written French and English language skills.

Organizational Skills: the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up in a timely manner

Experience providing administrative and financial support services in a client service environment, both on-line and in person.

Experience accepting cash payments and balancing journals

Experience using and manipulating computer programs e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook

Well-developed interpersonal and client service skills

Excellent and professional customer service skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A background in financial services , hospitality or contact centre experience is preferable
