Completion of post-secondary education in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.

Experience supervising and leading a team.

Excellent oral and written communications skills

At least 5 years’ experience in Human Resources (employee relations, understanding compensation, health & safety, disability management)

Analyze and provide insights with HR data and future dashboards for reporting on Health & Safety and Disability Management cases.

Excellent critical thinking, coaching and conflict resolution skills.

High attention to detail; strong writing and proofreading skills, accuracy in collecting, analysing and reporting data and documentation, particularly for WSIB.

Expertise 3+ years HR generalist work experience within a mid to large matrixed global organization and Shared Services environment

HR Designation/Certification; College or University Degree in Human Resources/Business

Location: Remote/Hybrid - Must be in Toronto, CA area.

Extensive experience in human resources management: evaluations, engagement, performance, workforce planning, forecasting HR related business components, and conflict resolution

Advise employees, supervisors or management regarding confidential or private personnel issues or interpersonal problems; administer disciplinary procedures as needed

Responsible for developing and/or conducting internal training sessions that promote employee/ management development

Experience and comfort working with a remote workforce

Execute HR Merger & Acquisition (M&A) action items to successfully deliver desired results of the leadership and employee experience

Relationship Building – proven experience and ability to build effective relationships within all levels of an organization

Collaborate to resolve issues and identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance the customer experience

A Bachelor's degree in human resources, commerce, or a related field

2) 3-5+ years of experience creating a training plan (corporate training) and delivering/roll out

3) 3-5+ years’ experience in end-to-end training process (from need analysis to evaluation)

5) 1-2 years of experience working with Camtasia

6) Experience with Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, Camtasia, Articulate storyline

This is a 6 month contract located in Toronto, ON/ Hybrid (1 day onsite per week)

1) Bilingual in Spanish (fluent/professional proficiency)

Ability to multi-task with strong organizational, planning and time management skills.

Support cyclical HR processes for supported client groups (i.e. talent management, salary administration etc.).

Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills to effectively deal with multiple stakeholders.

Excellent data analysis skills with a well-developed ability to think analytically and present various analyses in a useful and understandable format.
