Overview A Yard Associate is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the yard and grounds of a business or organization. This includes mowing, trimming, and other landscaping tasks, as well as general maintenance and repair of equipment and structures. Detailed Job Description Yard Associates are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the yard and grounds of a business or organization. This includes mowing, trimming, and other landscaping tasks, as well as general maintenance and repair of equipment and structures. Yard Associates must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must be able to follow instructions and safety protocols. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of landscaping and yard maintenance
• Ability to use and maintain landscaping and yard maintenance equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to work long hours
Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in landscaping and yard maintenance
• Valid driver’s license

• Knowledge of landscaping and yard maintenance
• Knowledge of safety protocols
• Knowledge of proper use and maintenance of landscaping and yard maintenance equipment
Job Experience
• Previous experience in landscaping and yard maintenance

• Mowing, trimming, and other landscaping tasks
