Certifications in an IT or project management related topic e.g. PMP, COBIT 5, ITIL are considered beneficial.

Strategy and governance; enterprise architecture; data management; enterprise applications; application development. 

Excels in Leveraging practical experience to improve client strategies, processes, and project execution.

Acquired experience in more than one of the following areas: 

Superior interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, exceptional ability to work well with others.

Previous experience presenting to a C-Suite audience.

Participate in the performance management and training of the employees in his team

Education in audiovisual, stage technology, electronics or other relevant training or work experience

Coordinate, manage and provide support to the work team under his/her supervision

Forecast labour requirements based on upcoming projects and participate in the hiring of new personnel as required

Manage technical resources, parts and materials needed to repair, inspect, prepare and maintain equipment

Manage merchandise returns, follow up on missing equipment and prepare various reports for the sales and accounting departments

1-2 years experience delivering workshops

Strong working knowledge with powerpoint

Familiarize oneself with the presentation and content material provided before presentation date

Speak with the lead dietitian at 12 Weeks to Wellness in regards to any questions about the presentation

Prepare for all related questions that may arise from participants during and after the presentation

Be well organized for the presentation date with applicable materials

Register on the work order all extra work that must be done and inform the workshop foreman or the manager,

Experience as a workshop technician,

Ongoing training for our employees offered by by our in-house trainer and by John Deere

Evaluate, diagnose and repair client equipment or machinery,

Refurbish used equipment for resale by the dealership,

Repair and refurbish within the timeframe given machinery or equipment designated by the work order,

Good mechanical, hydraulic and electrical knowledge.

Be skilled with your hands, meticulous and know how to pay attention to details.

Demonstrate logic, analytical skills and strong diagnostic skills.
