Position title : Workforce Production Support Analyst

• Integration to/within all SuccessFactors modules and Workforce Software (WFS) with CPI/Integration Suite as middleware

• Success Factors Mobile Apps (including time and attendance trough SAP Mobile Start)

1-3 or 3-5 years of relevant WFM work experience with UKG (Kronos) and current certifications

Advise on necessary software and hardware required for content creation and editing.

2-5 years of experience in digital analytics, reporting, and optimization.

Knowledge of A/B and multivariate testing tools and concepts.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data and deliver insights.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver results.

Monitor the performance of our digital marketing channels and website through the use of various analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics

Develop and maintain digital marketing dashboards and reports to track KPIs and digital marketing activities.
