Work in a multi-disciplinary clinical setting which includes Occupational Therapists, Physicians, Kinesiologists, Psychologists/Clinical Counselors and Case Managers

Experience working in a multi-disciplinary clinical environment is ideal

Experience in evidence-based assessment and rehabilitation services for injured workers with musculoskeletal injuries

Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

1-2 years’ experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist

Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set

Field inbound communications - Answer phone calls/general email inquiries and route to the appropriate internal parties as needed.

Coordinate scheduling - Set up meetings based on cross-functional availability for both internal and external stakeholders.

Organize internal resources - Build out and maintain processes to keep files and office supplies organized and easily accessible.

Manage finance policies, internal controls, and accounting practices.

Provide financial reporting and supporting documents to senior management.

Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.

Strong understanding of corporate accounting and financial management.

Post-Secondary education in Business or Accounting.

Experience in the not-for-profit sector is an asset.

Completion of course work or experience in adult education at a Community College or University level or relevant work experience.

Liaises with the Home’s preceptors to ensure they have the knowledge and resources to support students

Extended work experience in Long Term Care

Good written and oral communication skills

Experience in mentoring students and staff

Previous experience as a preceptor is an asset
