A salary of $70K - $90K / yearly depending on your skills, qualifications, and experience

Web3 Knowledge: Experience with web3 is a huge plus, as many of our clients operate in this field.

Project Management Pro: You can juggle multiple projects and deadlines effortlessly.

Manage client calls efficiently, presenting your work confidently and maintaining project momentum.

Global Collaboration: You're skilled at working with teams and clients across different time zones. Flexibility is key.

Full remote work but your workday must overlap by at least 4 hours with Toronto, Canada

- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, expertise in Excel, and experience building financial models.

- Domain experience or interest in emerging tech, health tech, clean tech, or AI/ML is a plus.

- Strong communication skills and proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Suite.

- Baseline knowledge of the North American tech ecosystem and familiarity with venture capital.

What you will be responsible for

- Help grow Kli Capital's network globally, identifying and sourcing top-quality investment opportunities.

Recommend new technology and share your expertise with the team to grow our collective knowledge

Experience developing DApps using Solidity and related frameworks such as Web3.js, Metamask, and Truffle

3+ years of hands-on experience in at least one of the following programming languages: Java, JavaScript, Golang, and C/C++

Identify and analyze modern technologies in the web3 and Blockchain open source communities, such as Ethereum, IPFS, and FileCoin

Create proof-of-concept solutions using different Blockchain technologies and frameworks to address current BCS platform pain points

Publish research papers in web3 and blockchain conferences to build competitiveness of products

Experience with DeFi protocols and asset management platforms would be advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development with expertise in Rust programming language.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
