Assist us in responding to incoming client calls and inquiries regarding financial planning, wealth management, tax, insurance and investment options
Work closely with Portfolio Manager and team members to provide seamless financial planning & investment management
High level of knowledge and experience using financial planning software such as investcloud (NaviPlan), RazorPlan and / or Snap
Manage action requests to and from clients and document in CRM software
Experience in cross-border (Canada / USA) a great asset
